Thank you for visiting Poetic Intentions Inc. we are a fairly new site to the web and new not for profit
organization. Along with being a new site we also come with new ideas and have many more currently
evolving. We have taken a month in our pre launch status to help gain notice-ability so some of you know us
well. For those that don't know us what we offer is a community of writers to build relationships with a network of
other writers and poetry lovers, we will be implementing contest and cash prizes but that will take your help.
Our main goals are based around our free book publishing and other products and services that we offer.
We are still a fairly new site and we depend on your help to spread the word and help us to grow, besides
the more visitors we have the more people who will read your poems and vote on them, the more votes that
you accumulate determine what contest you win and your place in the next publication.
We have come to a point in today's time that people have lost touch with art, and writing, especially
poetry. Poetry has always played a major role in life, religion and love and goes back to when writing was
first created in the cuneiform texts and can be found in every great religious doctrine throughout time. But
as many of us have lost touch with our religion, all of us have just about lost touch with the importance
and influence that poetry has on all of our lives. So with your help this is our mission to help get
poetry back out and into the hearts of people across the world, to be a bright light in dark times, and join
together with poetic minds.
Please feel free to read some of the poetry already posted or to post your own. Don't forget even if you
don't post one of your own poems the people that have posted their work depend on you to vote on theirs so
they can be rewarded for their talent and possibly make it into the next publication.

A new update for everyone. I have finalized a contract with a publishing company to start publishing materials. Anyone who is interested please let me know. If you already have your poetry on the site please let me know which poem you pick to be entered and that I have your permission to publish it, under your name.
